I don’t know much in life, but I do know my way around carbohydrates. These dinner rolls are one of my very favorites for a few reasons. I love how light and fluffy they are, I love the way they’re rolled from a rectangle shape (they’re so fun to unroll, spread some yummy homemade jam on, and eat!) and this recipe doesn’t yield a million, so if I’m feeling ambitious, I can commit to making some to go along with dinner. Also, they keep really well in the freezer if for WHATEVER reason you don’t eat the whole batch while warm.
